2. Acceptarea termenilor si conditiilor
Prin accesarea, vizitarea si utilizarea site-ului web al Soleil Beauty Hub (in continuare „site-ul”), inclusiv prin utilizarea formularului de contact sau a sistemului de programare online, confirmati ca ati citit, inteles si acceptat integral prezentii Termeni si Conditii de utilizare, precum si Politica de Confidentialitate aferenta.
Daca nu sunteti de acord cu acesti termeni, va rugam sa nu utilizati site-ul sau serviciile noastre online. Accesul continuu la site reprezinta acceptul dumneavoastra tacit al oricaror modificari ulterioare ale prezentului document.
3. Descrierea serviciilor disponibile pe site
Site-ul Soleil Beauty Hub ofera urmatoarele functionalitati:
- Prezentarea serviciilor disponibile la sediu: frizerie/barber, coafura, tratamente de scalp, solar de bronzare, servicii de machiaj, cursuri de machiaj si vanzare de produse profesionale (exclusiv fizic, la sediu)
- Sistemul de programare online: permite utilizatorilor sa isi rezerve o programare pentru serviciile oferite la sediu
- Formularul de contact: permite transmiterea de intrebari, solicitari sau mesaje catre echipa Soleil Beauty Hub
Precizare importanta:
Soleil Beauty Hub NU desfasoara activitati de comert electronic. Site-ul nu permite achizitionarea de produse sau servicii online. Nicio tranzactie financiara nu se realizeaza prin intermediul site-ului. Toate platile se efectueaza exclusiv la sediu, in numerar sau prin mijloacele de plata disponibile la locatie.
4. Conditii de utilizare a sistemului de programare online
4.1. Crearea si confirmarea programarilor
Utilizatorul poate efectua o programare online completand formularul dedicat cu datele solicitate. O programare este considerata valida si confirmata doar dupa primirea unei confirmari explicite din partea echipei Soleil Beauty Hub (prin e-mail, SMS sau apel telefonic), conform politicii interne.
Soleil Beauty Hub isi rezerva dreptul de a refuza sau de a reprograma o rezervare, in special in cazul in care:
- Datele furnizate sunt incomplete sau incorecte
- Slotul solicitat nu mai este disponibil
- Cererea nu poate fi onorata din motive tehnice sau operationale
4.2. Anularea si reprogramarea
Utilizatorul este rugat sa anulee sau sa reprogrameze o rezervare cu cel putin 24 de ore inainte de ora stabilita, prin contact direct cu echipa (telefon sau e-mail). Nerespectarea acestei cerinte repetate poate atrage restrictionarea accesului la sistemul de programare online.
4.3. Raspunderea pentru informatii eronate
Utilizatorul poarta intreaga responsabilitate pentru corectitudinea datelor furnizate in formularul de programare. Soleil Beauty Hub nu poate fi tras la raspundere pentru neprezentarea sau intarzierea la o programare cauzata de date eronate introduse de utilizator.
5. Utilizarea formularului de contact
Formularul de contact este destinat exclusiv transmiterii de intrebari, solicitari de informatii sau feedback legat de serviciile Soleil Beauty Hub. Este interzisa utilizarea formularului de contact in urmatoarele scopuri:
- Transmiterea de mesaje cu caracter comercial nesolicitat (spam)
- Transmiterea de continut ilegal, ofensator, defaimator sau care incalca drepturile tertilor
- Tentative de accesare neautorizata a sistemelor informatice
- Orice alta utilizare contrara legislatiei romane sau europene in vigoare
Soleil Beauty Hub isi rezerva dreptul de a nu raspunde mesajelor care nu respecta conditiile de mai sus si de a sesiza autoritatile competente in cazul in care un mesaj are caracter infractional.
6. Proprietatea intelectuala
Intregul continut al site-ului Soleil Beauty Hub — inclusiv, dar fara a se limita la: texte, fotografii, logo-uri, grafice, elemente de design, videoclipuri, denumiri comerciale si marci — este proprietatea exclusiva a Soleil Beauty Hub sau a partenerilor sai si este protejat de legislatia romana si europeana privind drepturile de autor si proprietatea intelectuala (Legea nr. 8/1996 privind dreptul de autor si drepturile conexe, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare).
Este interzisa, fara acordul scris prealabil al Soleil Beauty Hub:
- Copierea, reproducerea, distribuirea sau publicarea oricarui element de continut de pe site
- Utilizarea in scopuri comerciale a oricaror elemente grafice sau textuale
- Modificarea sau crearea de opere derivate pe baza continutului site-ului
Orice incalcare a drepturilor de proprietate intelectuala va fi urmata de notificare si, dupa caz, de actiuni legale.
7. Limitarea raspunderii
7.1. Disponibilitatea site-ului
Soleil Beauty Hub depune eforturi rezonabile pentru a mentine site-ul accesibil si functional, insa nu garanteaza disponibilitatea continua, neintrerupta sau lipsita de erori a site-ului. Accesul poate fi suspendat temporar pentru operatiuni de mentenanta, actualizare sau din motive tehnice independente de vointa operatorului.
